By accessing our website, placing an order, signing a rental agreement, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

ABCOM reserves the right to reject any application or order without assigning any reason.

ABCOM provides laptops, MacBooks, desktops, accessories, and other electronic devices on:

• Monthly Rental
• Long-Term Rental
• Corporate Leasing
• Student Rental Plans
• Business Subscription Plans

All products remain the sole property of ABCOM unless ownership is expressly transferred under a Rent agreement after all applicable payments have been completed.

All orders placed through our website, sales representatives, customer support, or partner channels are subject to verification and acceptance.

ABCOM reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any order.
• Request additional KYC or verification documents.
• Cancel an order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, fraud detection, or verification failure.

Before dispatch, ABCOM may require:

• Government-issued Identity Proof
• Address Proof
• Selfie Verification
• Employment or Student Verification
• Bank Account Verification
• Credit Assessment
• Additional documents as deemed necessary

Submission of documents does not guarantee approval.

Providing false, forged, or misleading documents may result in rejection of the application, cancellation of the order, and legal action.

Rental charges, security deposits, processing fees, logistics charges, installation charges, and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout or communicated before confirmation.

Prices may change without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed by ABCOM, the agreed pricing shall remain applicable unless otherwise specified.

Where applicable, a refundable security deposit may be collected.

The security deposit may be adjusted against:

• Unpaid rentals
• Repair charges
• Replacement costs
• Missing accessories
• Physical damages
• Contractual penalties
• Logistics charges
• Any other outstanding dues

Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of the returned device.

Rental payments shall be made on or before the due date.

ABCOM accepts payments through:

• UPI
• Net Banking
• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• EMI (where applicable)
• Bank Transfer
• Payment Gateway
• Other approved payment methods

Delayed payments may attract:

• Late payment charges
• Penal interest
• Suspension of services
• Remote device restrictions where permitted by law and the Rental Agreement
• Recovery proceedings

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Actual delivery may vary because of:

• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Regional restrictions
• Force majeure
• Stock availability

The customer shall inspect the product immediately upon delivery and report any shortages, transit damage, or incorrect products within 48 hours.

The rented device shall remain the exclusive property of ABCOM throughout the rental period.

The customer shall not:

• Sell
• Mortgage
• Pledge
• Transfer
• Lease
• Sub-rent
• Tamper with identification labels
• Attempt to claim ownership

The customer agrees to use the equipment responsibly.

The customer shall not:

• Misuse the equipment
• Perform illegal activities
• Install pirated or illegal software
• Modify BIOS or firmware
• Remove serial number labels
• Bypass security software installed by ABCOM

Any damage arising from misuse shall be chargeable.

Customers shall immediately report any technical issues.

Repairs shall only be carried out by ABCOM or its authorized service partners.

Unauthorized repairs, opening of hardware, or replacement of components may void service eligibility and make the customer liable for damages.

The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining regular real-time backups of and removing all personal, business, and confidential data from the rented device before submitting it for repair, servicing, replacement, return, or exchange.

ABCOM may erase, reformat, or reinstall the operating system during diagnosis, repair, servicing, or replacement whenever required and shall not be liable for any loss of data, software, licenses, passwords, applications, or consequential damages.

ABCOM is a laptop rental and service provider and is not the manufacturer of the laptop, its hardware, operating system, or any third-party software. ABCOM's responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of defective hardware or, where necessary, replacement of the rented laptop in accordance with the Rental Agreement.

Upon completion, cancellation, or termination of the rental agreement, the customer shall return the device along with all supplied accessories in good working condition, subject to normal wear and tear.

Missing accessories, damaged equipment, or excessive wear may result in applicable charges.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to applicable processing charges.

After dispatch, cancellation shall be governed by the Rental Agreement and applicable cancellation policies.

ABCOM grants users a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use this website for personal and lawful purposes.

Users shall not:

• Copy website content
• Reproduce software
• Scrape data
• Perform automated extraction
• Interfere with website security
• Misuse intellectual property

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Any activity performed through a registered account shall be deemed authorized by the account holder.

Any reviews, feedback, comments, suggestions, or other content submitted to ABCOM may be used by ABCOM without restriction, provided such use complies with applicable law.

Users warrant that submitted content:

• Is accurate
• Does not infringe third-party rights
• Is not defamatory, unlawful, or misleading

All content available on this website, including logos, trademarks, graphics, software, documents, designs, photographs, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of ABCOM Private Limited or its licensors.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the rental services, or any transaction with ABCOM shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
